Production notes
Client copy, verbatim
The tagline and the three USP pairs ("Premium Quality / Built To Last", "Energy Efficient / Designed To Save", "Aussie Owned / Support Local") are the client's own wording from their mock and are rendered verbatim. Do not re-write them without client sign-off.
Material and print
Digitally printed UV-stabilised PVC curtain skins for the Big Rigs curtainsider, welded seams, rated for Queensland sun. Rear doors and nose cone in cast vinyl on the rigid panels.
Vector logo required
The lockup on this page is concept grade: the real swirl from a 584 x 90 raster plus a typeset stand-in wordmark. Production needs the client's master vector logo (AI, EPS or PDF) before any file is released to the printer.
Photography
The tail window uses the Manly Deluxe ocean hero at concept resolution. The hero is AI-generated from real product reference shots (Higgsfield job 46338885) and per the imagery manifest must be flagged and swapped at the client production gate. Final print art should swap to a frame from the professional shoot currently in edit; the feathered white blend is a single soft mask over a one-image slot, so the swap is a drop-in.
Fonts outlined
Bricolage Grotesque and Assistant must be converted to outlines in all print files. No live text goes to the printer.
Colour matching
Supply PMS and CMYK targets for navy #000e2e, blue #1B75BC, aqua #29b6f6 and price red #E11D2A. Deep navy drifts on PVC: require a press proof on the actual curtain stock before the full run.
Bleed and buckle keep-away
50 mm bleed on all edges. No text, logos or the QR card within 350 mm of the curtain bottom edge: load restraint buckles run at 500 mm centres through that zone. The image window and background may bleed to the edge, as drawn.
QR on curtains: client direction
Per the client's layout the QR appears on both side curtains as well as the rear, printed at 550 x 550 mm on a solid white card with quiet zone, sitting fully above the buckle zone. Curtain pleating can distort codes: run a scan test on the installed curtain at 3 to 5 m before accepting, and treat the rear-door QR as the primary scannable code. Payload: aquapulsespas.com.au home with utm_source=truck, utm_medium=vehicle, utm_campaign=fsr_curtain.
Curtain legibility minimums
Phone digits 250 mm cap or larger, supporting text 120 mm or larger. This layout at true scale: price digits about 360 mm tall type (260 mm cap), phone about 350 mm (250 mm cap), USP titles and tagline about 125 mm, band address about 122 mm. The USP sub-lines and the in-card scan line are close-range detail by design.
Mirrored sides
The passenger side is a re-set mirrored composition so the logo starts at the cab end on both sides and the image window sits at the tail on both sides. It is never a flipped print of the driver side artwork.
Tagline wording: assumption to confirm
The brief text read "Recover. Recover. Live Better." but the client's mock reads "RELAX. RECOVER. LIVE BETTER." This concept renders "Relax. Recover. Live Better." on the assumption the brief contained a typo. Confirm the exact tagline with the client before any file goes to print.
The pricing decision
$4999 is correct today (verified live) and is set in the client's style with no comma. A printed price is a reprint liability if pricing changes. Decision for Aaron and the client: keep the price on the truck for maximum impact, or replace the price device with a claim-free line in the style of "Australia's best value premium spas". The tag is built as a single swappable device on every panel so either choice is a one-element change.
