Aqua Pulse Spas ยท Truck livery concept C

The Swirl

The brand mark at highway scale. One navy field, the swirl blown up until it bleeds off the curtain edge, and only four written elements per side, so the truck is recognisable long before a single word is readable.

Driver side curtain

7,400 x 2,700 mm, drawn at 1:10

Cab end is on the left. The swirl is cropped at the rear and sweeps toward the cab, so the mark reads as motion in the direction of travel. All type sits clear of the bottom 350 mm buckle zone.

Four content elements on this side: wordmark, one message, price device, web and phone. The cap is five and this concept deliberately stays under it. The swirl is the background, not a counted element, and it is the only thing that needs to be understood at 200 metres.

Artboard 2

Passenger side curtain

7,400 x 2,700 mm, drawn at 1:10

Mirrored composition, not a flipped copy. Cab end is on the right, the wordmark and contact block anchor to it, the swirl bleeds off the rear on the left, and every line of type still reads normally left to right.

Same four elements, re-anchored to the cab end of this side. Type is never mirror-flipped; only the placement map is.

Rear doors and tailgate

2,360 x 2,680 mm usable, enlarged for review, dimensions as marked

The rear talks to drivers stopped 2 to 5 metres behind at lights, so this is the only panel that carries the QR code. Critical content sits inside the middle 2,000 mm, clear of the column lift hardware at both edges.

Column lift hardware both edges, keep clear Critical content inside middle 2,000 mm QR 700 mm with 90 mm quiet zone, minimum 400 mm Rigid doors, no pleat: finer detail allowed here only

Three content elements: wordmark, QR device with one caption line, phone. The QR lives here and only here; curtains pleat and would distort it.

Artboard 4

Nose cone brand strip

2,200 x 400 mm, enlarged for review, dimensions as marked

One slim strip above the cab. A swirl fragment bleeds off the leading edge with the wordmark beside it. Nothing else.

One element. The strip is read head-on at distance in traffic, so it carries the brand and nothing more.

How it will really look

The driver side composited at on-road size. Judge it the way a driver will meet it: the swirl and the navy field do the recognising, the price and phone resolve as you close in.

Production notes

The pricing decision

$4,999 is correct today (verified live). A printed price is a reprint liability if pricing changes. Decision for Aaron/client: keep price (max impact) or replace with "Australia's best value premium spas" style claim-free device.

Decision required before artwork finalisation

Material and print

Side curtains print direct to UV-stabilised PVC curtain skin (reinforced curtainsider material, not applied vinyl). Rear doors, tailgate and nose cone take cast vinyl over the rigid panels. Flat spot-style colour fills throughout; this concept uses no photography, which removes photo reproduction risk on pleated PVC entirely.

Vector logo required

The logo on this page is a 584 x 90 raster, concept grade only. The client's vector logo files are required before any print artwork. The large swirl shown here is an SVG trace for review; the final mark must be redrawn from the client's vector artwork, not scaled from this trace or from any raster.

Fonts

Display type is Bricolage Grotesque with Assistant for supporting lines. All type must be converted to outlines in the final print files and font licensing confirmed for commercial output.

Colour matching

Match to press proofs on the actual PVC, not on screen. Navy #000e2e prints as a rich navy build or nearest Pantone spot, brand blue #1B75BC, aqua #29b6f6, price red #E11D2A. Supply Pantone references with the artwork and approve a physical proof before the full run.

Bleed and buckle line

50 mm bleed on all edges. The bottom 350 mm of each curtain is buckle zone (load restraint buckles every 500 mm): background colour and graphic only, never text, logos or faces. All type additionally keeps 50 mm clear above the buckle line.

Pleating and minimum sizes

Curtains pleat when slid open, so no fine detail on the sides. Minimums used here: text cap height 120 mm, phone digits 250 mm, headline scale letters 400 mm and up. No QR codes on curtains; they distort in the pleats.

QR code, rear only

The rear QR prints at 700 x 700 mm (minimum 400 x 400 mm) with at least a 90 mm white quiet zone. It is the real range code with utm_source=truck tracking, so scans attribute to the vehicle. Verify the destination URL again at artwork sign-off.

Photography

This variant uses no photography by design. The single approved 4K water frame is reserved for the photographic variants, and final hero photography for any photographic option should come from the new professional shoot currently in edit.
