It plugs into a normal power point
The Manly Deluxe is a 10 amp plug-in spa and the 10 amp lead is supplied. There is no electrician to book and no switchboard work.

Seating is five adults: two loungers and three chairs. Padded headrests are included.
Thirty jets and the pump behind them
Thirty premium stainless-steel jets run off a high-speed jet pump, with a separate cleaning and circulation pump that keeps the water filtered.
The hardcover is included
Every spa comes with a free insulated, key-lockable vinyl hardcover. It is part of the price, not an add-on.

Deluxe or Platinum
The two Manly spas are the same size, seat the same number of people, hold the same water and weigh the same. What separates them is the jet count, the price, and the extra features on the Platinum.
The Deluxe is the simpler of the two. It runs 30 jets rather than 54, and it does not carry the extra features the Platinum adds. If the higher jet count matters to you, ask us about the Platinum on the phone and we will be straight with you about the difference.

Do I need an electrician to connect my spa?
Aqua Pulse Spas Deluxe Spas are all 10amp plug and play spas, so providing your home has been wired to meet Australian Standards you can simply plug the spa in to a normal power point with the supplied power lead.
If you have any doubts regarding the spa you are looking at buying, or the electrical connection in your home, you should contact a licenced electrician and have them check that the spa and the power connection complies to AS3000 and AS60335.2.60.
How much is delivery?

What does it cost to run?
We will not put a cents-per-day figure on it, because your cost depends on your electricity tariff and how often you use the spa. What we can tell you is how the spa is built to keep that cost down.
The best control system for any spa is a time programmable system which allows you to set the spa's purge cycles for filtering and heating the spa. These are systems you can integrate into any home solar system, ultimately saving you money on the running costs of the spa. You can choose when this happens and pick a time that fits best into your lifestyle. The Manly Deluxe uses a Balboa time programmable control system, and the free hardcover it comes with is insulated to hold the heat in.
I am busy. How much time do I have to spend on maintenance?
As far as maintenance goes, it depends how much you use it. But there are a few general guidelines. It's a good idea to test the water on a weekly basis and clean your filters at least once a week.
What is the difference between the Deluxe and the Platinum?
Same footprint, same seating, same water capacity and the same weights. The Manly Platinum runs 54 jets to the Deluxe's 30, it is $6,999, and it adds features the Deluxe does not have. Call us and we will take you through which one suits what you want it for.
Can I view inside the spa's cabinet before buying?
It's very important that you can see inside the actual spa model you are looking at before buying a spa. Inspecting inside the spa's cabinet will give you a far greater concept of the quality of the product. Some dealers will have a spa open on display for you to inspect, but it might not be built the same way as the spa you are considering. Ask the dealer to open the cabinet on the spa you are looking at. Refusal to do so is generally a good indicator to the quality.
How do I stay safe in my spa?
There are many ways to ensure the safest possible usage of your spa:
- Make sure the spa is fitted with a safety suction vent which complies to Australian Standards. This vent protects you from body, limb and hair entrapment in a spa.
- It may sound obvious but keep electrical devices away from the spa.
- Make sure your spa is fenced.
- Cover the spa with a lockable cover when not in use.
- Don't allow children near the spa without adult supervision.
- Have a cut-off power switch within 3 metres in view of your spa so you can easily turn it off in case of emergency. Make sure the cut-off power switch cannot be reached by spa users whilst they are in the spa.
